The drive is fast, has plenty of space for files and it works right out of the box. Also if you have a motherboard that supports boosting the 3.0 USB ports transfer speed it will be a little faster.

I use this drive for all of my photograph/video storage. It is lightening fast, reasonably priced and I have had zero problems with it. Quiet, too. In fact, I bought 2 more.
