About Burris Optics MTAC 1-4x24

The Burris Optics MTAC 1-4x24 Riflescope with Ballistic CQ 5.56 Reticle is an upgrade to the popular Burris Optics Fullfield TAC30 scope. Built with a robust and elegant design, the Burris Optics MTAC 1-4x24 Riflescope (Ballistic CQ 5.56 Reticle) features a separated power ring and eyepiece, letting it accommodates flip-up lens covers. This industrial-strength Burris Rifle Scope has a heavy-duty digital rotary dimmer switch, with ten intensity levels and off positions between each intensity setting.

Low-profile adjustment knobs with finger-adjustable MOA markings mean that this Riflescope won't get snagged on brush or gear. The Burris MTAC Illuminated Reticle Rifle Scope features the unique Ballistic/CQ reticle, a "Close Quarters" reticle that performs at long range too, with bullet drop compensation out to 500 yards.

Robust and elegant industrial design
Separated power ring and eyepiece to accommodate flip-up lens covers
Heavy duty 10-intensity digital rotary dimmer switch with off positions between each intensity setting
Low-profile adjustment knobs with finger-adjustable MOA markings
Ballistic QC Reticle - bullet drop compensation to 500 yards
The 1x-4x-24mm and 1.5x-6x-40mm feature an illuminated reticle that makes it easier to see the reticle in low light conditions. The intensity of the illumination is controlled by the rotary illumination switch located on the left side of the adjustment turret. The switch has 11 intensity levels and an ½Off position in between each level. The reticle is powered by a 3-volt lithium cell battery #CR2032. To install a new battery, simply unscrew the battery cap on the rotary switch and install the new battery flat side (+) up. It is advisable to remove the battery for long term storage (over a month).
