Glass is very clear and you get an outstanding scope at a decent price point. The glass is more clear than the "Strike Eagle" if you are considering a competition scope for 22lr. Combined with the best warranty "no questions asked" in the business, you can not beat this product. #6 Burris scope for me.

I'm always reluctant to talk something up if I haven't had a chance to put it through the rigors and abuse of several hunts. With 200 rounds fired at long range school with DR Long Range Concepts and hundreds more keeping my LR skills fresh for chasing hogs and going into rifle deer season, my RT has taken plenty of abuse, baggage handlers, a couple slips off the shoulder, a fall I was sure pulled me out of zero, all the banging in the UTV and truck. Still money, zero and dial ups. I can honestly say I have never settled into a scope and felt the same at 100 yards as I do past 1000 yards. The glass, focus and the SCR 2 (mil) and I'm 960 yards on a 3" target without a second thought, confidently and repeatedly. Burris RT series for the win!

I own a handful of Burris scopes. This one is one of my favorites. I put this on my .30-06 for my long range Western Elk hunt but still used it back home in Pennsylvania for whitetails. Crisp, clean, amazing low light and no distortion. A++ Burris. Good job with this one.

I unboxed my RT-25 5.5-30x56 and today. I had it mounted and was shooting in 20 minutes. Sighting in and setting the zero stop were easy. Glass is great also. Cant wait until my next competition

This was my first Burris scope, and I am very impressed. After purchasing many scopes, I have finally learned you truly get what you pay for. I thought I had bought good scopes before, but this was definitely stepping up to the next level. The scope was good and clear. No parallax throught the magnification range. The multi-coated optics allow excellent light transmission. I really like the 32mm size, as it is a smaller overall size and weight and matches perfectly to the size of my rifle.

TIMBERLINE RIFLE SCOPES
Lean and mean. Efficient and effective. Short and sweet. Long descriptions of the new Timberline Rifle Scopes simply are not neccessary. A word or two says itall. Timberline scopes are made to mount low on short action rifles to maintain the agile feel and balance of a short magnum. The new scopes' profiles are quite compact, so Timberlines are in their element when in a tree stand, in a scabbard, or anywhere else space is in short supply.
Generous amounts of eye relief have been designed in to allow the scopes to point quickly and to keep your face well away from the potentially abusive recoil of heavy magnums. A matte finish adds stealth to the equation.
Of course, the four new scopes boast suberb optical performance. They are Burris', after all. Timberlines utilize precision-ground lenses made from high grade glass that is HiLume fully multi-coated to deliver clarity and contrast whether the light is good, bad or just plain ugly. Amazingly even packed with all that performance Timberlines are the most affordable Burris scopes ever offered.
They even come with Burris' Famous Forever Warranty. There simply is no greater scope value out there.
