Perfect hood for travel. We got these hoods to travel overseas. They are compact when on the camera and not in use. And they are perfect hoods when needed.

Works fine. I use it with Lumix 20mm MFT lens which it screws on. The lens cap fits into lens hood. Using lens hood helps me feel comfortable going on photo walks without lens cap and since lens hood is collapsible it is easy to fit back im my camera case when done.

couldnt find original lens hood for a nikkor lens so instead got this one Ive used these in the past with great results collapses enough for bag storage and sturdy enough wind doesnt fold it into shots

The Lens Hood fits well and works well. Very handy to be able to fold it back when you do not need it instead of having to remove it completely. One slight abnormality is when the lens is at close up you get a ring shadow of the hood in the shot but if you are aware of that you can back the lens off slightly to get the hood out of the picture.

B+W #900 Rubber Lens Hood... delivered quickly and as advertised. Fits perfectly and is exactly what I wanted for my 28-60mm Sony a7c kit lens. Why? This collapsible rubber lens folds compactly and stays attached (threaded) to the lens, unlike hard lens hoods which must be reversed or removed. Also, by staying attached to lens, it is much less likely to fall off (in the worse place, at the worse time) or get left/lost someplace... it's always there when you need it. Most importantly for me, it can be attached to a polarizing filter to facilitate adjustment/rotation to the correct filter orientation.

I was very happy... but a little concerned whether it would cut off on the wide angle end of my lens (Sony H400V). It does. However, the design of the lens hood allows you to push back the actual hood part so you don't see it in wide angle shots...and there is no problem whatsoever.

Fit kit Lumix 12-60mm lens nicely. Along with a UV filter, it protects front of lens nicely, even when retracted. I haven't had an ocassion to extend it to remove flare, but it's on call for when it's needed.

It works exactly like I wanted it to. It screws onto my Nikon 500mm PF - so I won’t have to worry about the original one falling off. It is a good idea to check it - depending on how much it hits your body while moving.

The rubber hood was a great addition to my 75mm lens. The lens didn't come with its own hood, and I shoot outdoors quite a bit (documentary work on a major construction project ... plus, I live in Florida). It screws easily into the filter threads, and accepts a filter on top (I added a circular polarizer on top). The hood tucks away easily for storage, then pops out for use. So far, it's held its shape both opened and closed, and does not get in the way of my shots. Its shallow shape makes adjusting the circular polarizer easy, too.

I never liked the lens hood that comes with the 35mm Sony E-type lens so this solves that problem. The price is good and it seems well made and durable.

I used it to block out window glare while photographing thru a window on a train ride. It’s a bit too deep and vignettes at the equivalent 28-35mm range just so you know.
