Outstanding quality

Solid filter

Although there are many fine UV filters, the B+W is truly excellent. The metal ring is low profile, with a matte finish and a solid feel. The glass is extremely low in reflectivity and distortion free. It basically disappears when looking at a scene. Although i am very careful of my lenses, it just takes one hurried moment to damage the front element. I'd rather have the less expensive filter take the hit. The nano coating also repels water and dust, which means fewer cleanings.

Amazing as always

Solid lens. Awesome quality as you would expect from B+W. It's super thin as well so not bulky. The only coins that the color is a bit muted and didn't match the lens as well as I had hoped. I wanted something closer to chrome and was hoping it would be sufficient but this is a muted gray. But other then aesthetic, it's a great filter.
