Great NiMH battery charger!
I've had one of these combos for >10 years and bought a second (to charge more batteries at once)! It's not the fastest charger and that's a good thing, the slower charge management reduces heat that wears batteries faster. The Panasonic BQ-CC17 is regarded as one of Panasonic's best NiMH chargers ever made!

The reusable batteries to get!
These are the rechargeable batteries to get if you want them to last a long time. They are a bit expensive, but are worthwhile as they will last for years. This is a great beginning kit for the eneloops. Only downside is that the batteries take a long time to charger.

Excellent product, fast deleivery the only issue which I provided Adorama is that the image displayed with this item is misleading. Meaning if you look at the picture it has the battery pack and two cases. What you’re really getting is one case.

Panasonic Eneloop "AA" Batteries Are Really Good
I am using the Panasonic Eneloop "AA" 2000 mAh Rechargeable NiMH Batteries with 3 Yongnuo YN685 wireless speedlites for Nikon. I have only used them for a month, but I am extremely pleased with how long they last between charging. Much longer than regular batteries. The only problem is that it take about 6-7 hours to recharge. But this is no big deal. I purchased extra sets . I would recommend these batteries and charge to everyone. And of course, you can hardly beat Adorama for service.

Better than disposable
I spent more up front buying rechargeable batteries but sometimes at events I can go thru quite a few battries with seven speedlites and one battery pack can get quite expensive.
