Poor quality, lousy charge indicator sys

The charger indicators (two red LEDs) turn off to indicate a full charge. This IMHO as an electronics professional is a lousy way to indicate anything!! Lights turning off could mean no power, faulty charger or incorrect battery location. Better would be green for good, red for bad.
