These were charged out of the box and ready to use. I'm using them in my Canon 580EX II's and I've only had them out twice so far, but they seem to work just fine. Recycle time seems to be just as good if not better than regular Alkyne AA batteries.

Haven't had these that long and so I'm still breaking them in. They seem to be doing all that they should be doing.. Have placed these in some night lights in the house and then charging in the morning. If they live up to the 1500 recycles that had been said they may outlive me. I would buy them again and may do so in the future

If you haven't yet tried the Eneloop rechargeables, you really owe it to yourself to give them a shot. Unlike almost other options out there, these cells actually take and hold a full charge. And rated at a minimum of 1,900 mAh, they are powerful cells. Skip the Duracells, the Energizers, and all the others. These are seriously good batteries.

I've been using Eneloop rechargeable batteries for years and have found them reliable. Use them in a variety of products. Haven't had one go bad yet, which I cannot say for some other brands.
