These are amazing for long distance stuff
I've had the 14x32 IS for over a year and love them. I've had the 15x50's for probably 8 years. And, I have also owned the Fujinon 14x marine grade IS binoculars. These Canon 14x32 are the best of all of them and are much improved over the older 15x50 model. I live on a bay and have a 2+ mile view. These are awesome and much lighter than the 15x50's. I use them daily. If you need the power these will be hard to beat.
Unbelievable Detail
I have used my Canon binoculars for a little over two months now. I agree with other reviewers that the eyecups should be reconsidered but if you roll down the eyecups there is no issue unless you need to wear glasses with the binoculars. With that said, I use the binoculars for birding and find that the details I now see due to stabilization far outweighs the eyecup issue. I have found bird identification has become much easier.
