Never used a wide angle lens much until i bought this one for a photo trip through Cairo and Italy. I like to shoot a lot of architecture and if you don't want to shoot from a mile away a wide angle is a must, this one does it extremely well. this lens with such a low fixed mm has a huge angle of view 114 degrees, it does get a bit of lens distortion as with any wide angle especially this short but does extremely well. Great Buy.

If you need a big wide angle lens, this is it. beautiful piece of glass, huge field of view only a bit of distortion on edges. If you shoot many shots with wide angle I definetely recommend this one, a bit high on the price but it's worth it. Great lens.
