It's a great lens 17 mm on a full frame light distortion barreling but easily easily corrected

Great lens, great bundle
This is a great bundle. The lens is amazing, it covers majority of my shooting needs and has become my primary lens. Good speed, good quality.
I also really like the bundle that came with it. Some of the items I didn’t think I would use, but like them very much. There are lot of different options to protect the lens and keep it clean.
I highly recommend the lens and bundle.

A versatile, inexpensive L lens.
I've had this lens for about 4 years, almost as long as I've owned my 6D. It is simply a great, versatile lens with no major flaws. As I have been riding in this journey of photography and learning all the ins and outs, I've always enjoyed trying to find those unique shots only a wide angle gives you.
Now, using my M50 for Zoom, on a Viltrox Speed Booster, I use this lens for a fantastic webcam combo. I've been using this lens to vlog a bit, as well. Even though the M50 is a small mirrorless, it is still well balanced since this lens is so light.

Perfect lens for my needs
Chose this lens due to filter size: 77mm. All of my lenses excluding 100mm macro use 77mm filters, thus eliminating purchase of additional filters.

Great Real Estate Lens
Bought this to take Real Estate photos. I have the canon 35mm 1.8 And canon 24-70mm 2.8 & prefer this lens over those two for real estate. However, for family sessions I use the 35mm and for studio newborn I use the 24-70mm

Great value, adapted to Sony body!
Great value! I’ve purchased this for real estate gigs and I’ve been using it for so many things. It doesn’t have image stabilization but I’m using adapted to a Sony body so that doesn’t affect me. It does have soft corners but at the price point and flexibility of this lens I feel it is an awesome value. Oh and this works great on the MC-11 adapted to a Sony body, the auto focus works just fine for photos only. No auto focus for video when adapted to Sony cameras.

Superb value, very good optics, IS makes hand held an option
I went back and fore on f4 vs F2.8. In the end, it was about the most likely use-cases I encounter. For me, with the decent ISO and noise management of the 5D III, this lens made the most sense. Certainly the 'Value to IQ ratio' is a no-brainer.
I have plenty of scenic images made with this lens now - and I'm delighted. I may have difficulty composing at this end of the wide angle range - but that's not the lens's problem.
It really sharp (even wide open) - even at the edges and corners.
I thought the IS was unnecessary on this type of lens. Surely, I'd be using a tripod mostly ? Hmm, not necessarily - it's become a favorite walkabout choice. More interesting than the midrange zoom.
Don't think about it - value, quality and utility.
BTW - it's plastic. But it is solid and feels like a quality build. I'm not gentle with gear and it's holding up well.

Great lens for the price
I originally looked at the 16-35mm f2.8 for large group photos and landscape work. But realized I didn't need the extra stops because the DOF is too narrow at 2.8 anyway, so for 1/3 the price this is a good compromise. Working great so far!

Awesome lens!!
I brought this lens to my trip to Iceland and it is amazing! The AF is great on this lens and I felt the focus was good throughout the range of the lens. I am so happy that I purchased this lens!!
