The Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS Series II merges performance and portability with its high-quality optics, versatile zoom range, compact lens design, and durable, weather-sealed body. Designed to supplement various types of photography, from fast-paced sports to portraiture, this lens offers a wide telephoto focal range and a constant f/4 maximum aperture, which ensures consistent low-light capabilities throughout all focal lengths. It also features nine rounded aperture blades for pleasing bokeh, as well as Canon’s Optical Image Stabilization technology, which offers five stops of camera shake correction and a new third mode that delivers active stabilization only during exposure to help conserve battery. Built into the dust- and water-resistant body is a ring-type ultrasonic motor (USM) with an internal focusing mechanism for swift, quiet, and accurate autofocus, as well as full-time manual focus override.
