I am 68 years old and have trouble holding binoculars steady. At the touch of a button these are nearly perfect. And this new model has a nice feel, For image stabilization you just tap a button to turn on and tap again to turn off. There is a small green light by the on / off button to remind you IS is on. The only downside is the case (soft case and no strap for the case).

Regular binoculars allow a quick look, but with these, we can linger, search and more greatly appreciate the field of view; birdwatching is a pleasure.
