value of the lens

I found the lens, at the f/8 settings to be no sharper than the older TE-S 90mm. It is heavier and very expensive. The only improvement was being able to easily change the shift tilt orientation, but even that caused problems. You can only rotate the lens 90 deg on the camera. Aligning the shift tilt directions puts the control knobs on the same side and makes it hard to adjust. Not very good value relative to the older lens.
