Purchasing a protection plan is always a good idea when buying expensive and vulnerable audio/visual equipment. I've not had to use any of it's perks at this time, which is alway what you have to weigh- if you never have to use it, is it worth it? Nobody knows what exactly could happen. That said- the more important thing has been the good customer service and easy registration of products. The Canon online service dashboard is easy to use, and their processes are simple and clear, and I've had great experiences purchasing products from Adorama. They alone deserve a 5 star rating. I'd give this product/service 5 stars if it weren't for the unknown. Not having had to use it, it now just looks like I've spent money on a "what if" and that can feel like a waste of money, but I'm glad I have it.
