It’s a lens hood

As lens hoods go, this is more than adequate. It’s for my new RF 85mm f/2.0 portrait/semi-macro lens, a great lens for me. Since it’s not an “L” lens, Canon does not include it with the lens, so if you want a lens hood, this is it. It works quite well, as it should, and I would recommend always using it. However, I gave it only 4 stars, because, even if most lens hoods don’t include it, I would prefer that this hood would have had some sort of black flocking, or it’s equivalent, on the inside, to make it even more effective.
