Shopper : Is it waterproof ?MARC R : Waterproof no water resistant yesMark B : It is water repellent, but not waterproof. I’ve not had anything get wet on the inside. It’s a nice bag, but heavier than I anticipated.ROBERT P : I would say it is water resistant-but definitely NOT made to be dunked, or submerged in water-which is what WATERPROOF means! A Good quality bag-and my standby for all my model shoots, etc.
Shopper : Is it waterproof? I plan to use it kayaking and walking through creeks and swamps.JIM E : Not that I know ofRon S : NOT waterproof, water resistant .....I have had 5 of them thru the years.......very tough bags.....WILLIAM T : It's a very good bag, but it's not completely waterproof.John M : It is not water proof - it is water resistant
Shopper : Does this bag go over your shoulder or does it have belt loops?JAY T : I goes over your shoulder. If this question could not be answered by a ADORAMA customer service agent you should shop elsewhere!MATTHEW D : It has a shoulder strap, and a carrying handle. It does not have any provisions to attach it to a belt.. It is too large for that.GREG L : This bag comes with a should strap. For me the bag is to large for belt attachment. This has been my favorite bag.Preston G : I bought this bag a year ago. It has a strap that goes over the shoulder. It would be too big for belt loops. I was not satisfied with the bag because of the depth. It is not deep enough to put a camera with a telephoto lens in.ROBERT K : Hi, No, only over the shoulder. However, it is a very large bag, so that works out well. It is a great bag and it holds all of my gear. You will not be unhappy with it! Good luckBILL B : Has a shoulder strap. A bit large to attach to belt, at least as heavily loaded as mine is.MICHAEL G : It has a shoulder strap which is removable, and a handle on top which is very comfortable. this is the best bag I ever owned and I have tried several. 5 starCHUCK H : Its an over the shoulder bag. Too big for your beltJESSE V : It goes over your shoulder. It's pretty big; I don't think you'd want it hanging off your waist.CHARLES E : The bag fit well over the shoulder , but no belt loops.PATRICK A : It goes over your shoulder. It is too big for belt loops. It holds my camera body and 4 lenses and 2 flashes. It is a good size.

Big

A little large but at least I have room to expand. The other bags seemed too small so that is why I got the biggest.

Good for Medium Format

I had honestly not considered a camera manufacturer’s bag, having spent a fair amount of time looking at the usual bag maker’s offerings. The Canon product was an accidental find, and so far it has lived up to my expectations. I was looking for something that would hold a Mamiya 645 Pro, a pair of lenses, a pair of backs, and various accessories plus several rolls of film. Although the gear itself is heavy, the bag is up to the task with a strong floor that has little sag. I certainly hope the Canon gods don’t strike me down for not using their cameras!

Not too big; not too small; it's just right

After ordering two other bags (which will probably house other cameras of mine), I settled on this for my newest travel camera, a Canon Rebel T7i. The bag is just right for the body with auxillary battery compartment/grip, two lenses, a bulky anti-theft camera strap, a flash unit and some space for expansion. Plus lots of small compartments for filters, batteries, memory cards and odds-n-ends. It's just perfect for me.

Great camera bag

If your looking for a safe, secure bag for your equipment this is it. Plenty of padded room to store and carry your valuable equipment. Several options and compartments you can customize to fit a variety of sizes and shapes. Price isn't too bad I might add.

Best Service...Great Bag...the whole package!

You guys are the cat's meow! Did I just say that? OH MY! Anyway, had my new bag within days and it did, live up to the other reviews. While you will be hard pressed to put in more than three to four lens...if you use len cases...(double protection...as I am not a rich man and my lens are a sizeable investment). Was able to customize this bag to my specific needs within mere minutes...in fact, it so so easy, I spent about an hour trying new configurations...Yes! I don't have a life! Overall, very well made...only wisk that the Canon Logo was easier to remove...which broadcasts that you have an expensive camera - as least that is what a pick-pocketer once explained to me...without the logo...it has the look of a gadget or (almost) a small gym bag...perfect for not having people following me out of the airport or my hotel. Very well padded but, I added a thin layer by using the back zipper to put extra foam in it...or you could (on second thought) use that to store a small rain cover (not included) and let it do a double duty - rain cover and padding). The order process was turnkey and my order shipped same day...two-three day shipping was FREE! Can't beat the price...better than Amazon...as they are always out of stock on these (at this price point) but, do have a lot at $30-50 more...

Great all day shoot bag.

New favorite bag. I have other name brand bags/ backpacks and this one is my go to, non-trekking / hiking bag. Lots of room. I cram 2 dslr bodies in it, 7Dii and 50D along w a 100-400 telephoto and several other L series lens and it all fits. Still a little room left over for filters, extra batteries (no chargers) and cleaning sundries. Tripod loops on bottom are handy too. Just the right size, not too big yet big enough to handle what you need. Looks great too, classy and discreet. Best thing is the price, comp bags from mainstream mfrs are 2-3 times the cost for the same bag. Canon got it right as usual.

Nice Upgrade

I guess I would fall in the category of "prosumer", it's a hobby that has gotten out of control and I have been fortunate enough to stock up on some gear. I've slowly upgraded my gear to include the Canon 6D, two L lenses, three primes and a 2X extender. Throw in some filters and miscellaneous items and I've got my stuff stored everywhere. I have a Lowepro sling for when I go out and about (it's good for a body with an attached lens and maybe one or two additional) and an older Canon bag (100 series I believe). I would like to store my gear all together and my current setup wasn't cutting it. This bag allows me keep everything together. The old bag is in storage for now and I just gear up with the Lowepro when I need to. The build is solid and I have no concerns that my stuff is protected. The top and side compartments have nice long flaps that cover the zippers, which would lead me to think it it adds a little protection from dust, dirt, etc. I haven't taken this bag out with me, but I have no doubts it would hold up nicely. It took a bit of configuring the dividers to get everything set up as I would like, but it wasn't that big of a deal. All said, I would definitely recommend, no buyer's remorse here.

Great for slower glass

It's highly adjustable but not really a "pro" size. I'm sure it would be great for slower glass but it wasn't built for 2.8 and faster lenses. Construction is amasing

Nice Bag at decent price

This is a nice size bag with several different pockets for lens, filters, etc... The bag is well padded so camera is well protected. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5? I wish the tripod straps was on the side or back instead of the bottom. The price was $20 cheaper then other places.

I guess I will never know

Adorama cancelled my order without telling me, so after waiting for a week I found out only by logging in to my account. When I contacted Addy (can I call you Addy) and inquired as to the why, I was given the wrong phone number for the verifications department. When I finally got to that department, I only got a voicemail, no person to answer my questions (even though it was regular business hours). Canon, I love you, but Adorama got between us, and it's more than I can handle. I wish you well, though. You look like a really nice bag

It is relatively bigger than what you usually use for trip. But it is very right so you can carry all you need for nice shots.

I love this bag

Its well padded, plenty of room, modular, I also love the tripod straps on the bottom. All compartments both strap and zip. I am headed to the desert in arizona for a few weeks where I hope to capture astrophotogrpahy and I think that this will carry most of my camera gear.

Not as big as advertised.

This is a nice camera bag. It is has many good features and is well built. My gripe is, it is not deep enough. I use the smaller 200DG and prefer it to the Professional. It's depth allows me to place my 60D with a lens attached in a compartment. This leaves 4 large, deep compartments to store lenses. I have use for both bags, but I use the 200DG the most.

Perfect Bag for big setups.

By Ben P.

It is the greatest bag I have ever owned. I travel a lot, it fits in the carry on luggage compartment, and Carries 2 bodies, one with a battery grip, 5 lenses, Flash, Remote cord, 8 BP-511 batteries, extra AA's for the flash, and chargers for both. All of this and room to spare for Flash card readers, small portable hard drives, usb thumb drives, and normal accesories.

Sturdy, roomy, adjustable: A great fit!

By MoJo-JC

This large and versatile case is perfect for anyone with multiple cameras, lenses, batteries, chargers, how-to manuals and all the other possible gee-gaws that are part of the modern photographer's collection. The bag was reasonably priced and very easy to adjust. Exactly what I needed and expected.

Large waterproof gadget bag for the traveling professional.
This bag is designed to hold two 35mm SLR camera bodies, seven to ten lenses, flash, film, accessories, etc. It features full padding and interior dividers for cameras and lenses, as well as fully padded outside pockets.

Additonal features include; Weather-flapped top cover with a genuine leather handle and a quick release film pouch. Adjustable tripod straps, and high strength buckles for the main compartment. The Canon logo is embroidered on the top flap.
