A genuine OEM product that’s well worth the money. When it comes to my big glass, I trust Canon to have the best products to take care of my investments This lens cap goes on, and comes off easily with one hand - stays in place until I’m ready to remove it.

A but expensice for a piece of plastic, but of course it’s much cheaper than it would be to replace a lens. Happy with my purchase.

This was a replacement pinch type lens cap. The original went for a trip over a 300 ft. drop. My order was shipped quickly, and received in just a matter of a few days. Packaged extremely well and very pleased with my purchase. Looking forward to future transactions with Adorama..

This is definitely one of the better lens caps out there and a big improvement from the old style Canon caps. It fits nicely, stays tightly in place, and thanks to the slightly raised lip, the plastic mechanism isn't scratching on the glass. If it would be slightly lower in price it would be a perfect 5 stars.

Bought this to replace a lost lens cap and it's sooooo much better than the old style. It stays on and doesn't fall off constantly like the old one did. Now it's easy to put on with a lens hood on the lens using the middle to hold it and not the edges. It's so much better than I'll be ordering more for my other lenses that still have the old style caps on them.

What took Canon so long? These lens caps should be standard equipment -especially with long lens' with deep lens hoods. Love this cap.

If you have purchased the Canon 24-70mm L II Series lens, then you know what a blunder they made out the the lens hood and your ability ready access the lens cap. This lens cap works perfectly and this style of lens cap should be the standard lens cap that comes with all of the L series lenses.
