Watch out for Maintenance Cartridge

This Canon Printer TS7720 is a very cheap made printer. I do not use mine but a few times a week and only then a one page document. I have my printer, described in settings, to go to sleep after a certain amount of time. Well, today, I pressed the power on and started to print my document. Yep, error. The printer shows offline but Canon Online says it needs a replacement MC-G06 maintenance cartridge. I am only on my second pair of ink cartridges so there is no way that the maintenance cartridge is faulty. Well, I had it connected by USB cable that goes under furniture so I decided to connect Wi-Fi. Hmm, after connecting Wi-Fi the printer works again and not one word about the maintenance cartridge. People, watch out for this error about the maintenance cartridge. It rarely fails until you get on up with ink cartridges, only then will I see some fail. Also, if you have to buy a Canon printer, buy the cheap Square Trade insurance. It will pay for itself because within the Square Trade 2 or 3 year warranty, you will replace your $$$ printer for the $$ you pay for the Square Trade.

Easy quick fix

We were alerted promptly by our Canon printer that the Maintenance Cartridge was low. We easily found on the cartridge on the Canon website which we ordered. The delivery was made within a reasonable time and all systems were back on line.

The worst copier I have ever owned

I purchased a canon copier TR7820 and after about a dozen black and white shipping labels were printed I received a low ink message. I was very difficult to figure out how to replace this cartridge and once I did I still received the low ink notification.

I do not recommend

I bought the TS7720 copier about 3 months ago. Ran out of ink fast and replaced 2x to no avail. Says I'm low on ink and it has a brand new cartridge. I've checked everything. Waste of money.

Long term fifteen already printed about fifty pages.And now it says that the black ink cartridge needs to be replaced. Do I only get fifty pages out of a black ink cartridge?
