Rf-s 55-210mm

If you are on the fence and are thinking about it, just buy it. I needed this for a fill in for my focal lengths and wasn't sure about this lens. I bought it and it has very snappy autofocus, and Isa sharp lens. I'm using it on my R7 and the autofocus is better than my Sigma 100-400mm lens. Just buy it.

Not a good lens

I got this lens in a combo with the camera. Was really excited with everything I'd read, but highly disappointed once I got to use it. If the birds more than 10 yd away Don't waste your time taking the photo was told by Canon sales reps that it would be a good starter lens. Don't waste your money

My beautiful lens arrived

This is my second rf-s lens after the 18-150mm for my R10 camera and I feel they make a great pair. The rf-s 55-210 mm now gives me more reach for kids sports and it is a pleasure to carry around. I love the looks and even looking forward to catch birds in flight at our local pond this weekend. Actually, Adorama put me on a waiting list for the lens and when the supply arrived from Canon they rushed out my copy and a few days later my beautiful lens was in my hands.
