phenomenal lens!
If you're serious about your work and want the very best glass available, the RF600 is for you. To take advantage of the reduced weight that comes with mirrorless gear, I added the RF600 to my kit to compliment my EF600, which has served me well for many years. Excellence in every way!
A good decision
I honestly struggled with what value my work would gain if I purchased this very expensive lens. See I have been using the RF 100-500 with a 1.4x extender if I needed extra range. The images with set-up are sharp but I would find myself pushing the ISO due to the aperture constraints. Do, I popped and I am glad I did. This lens focuses fast, is the sharpest lens I have ever used and the low aperture provides higher shutter speeds with lower ISO. I highly recommend this lens.
