Rf70-200 F4
I purchased the Rf70-200 in April of 2023 and it's a great lens. Fast, Sharp, Accurate, and a joy to use. I will keep this simple and just show you some basic photos that were shot with the Canon L series lens. NO filters & NO Editing were used on the following photos. Photos provided were shot in the lowest .jpeg format for R5 MK II camera.

Excellent Lens for Travel
A very nice lens. It's zoom range is very good for travel when you can't bring all of your lenses. It is my second L series and they are excellent glass for my R8. The bundle fro Adorama is very helpful to have as you will get a UV filter that you can put on immediately to protect the lens. And I always have a cleaning kit in every case.

Al principio estaba un poco escéptica pero la verdad la imagen es nítida. Pensé que sería más lento pero no! No podía comprar el de 2.8 porque es muy caro. La verdad me encanta!! A tomar fotos se ha dicho!
At first I was skeptical, but the image is actually sharp. I thought it would be slower, but no! I couldn't afford the 2.8mm one because it's too expensive. I really love it! Let's take pictures!

RF 70-200 Goes to the Races
I took my NEW RF70-200 f4 to the 2025 Rolex 24 Hour Sport Car Races at Daytona Florida last month ,
I was VERY . . VERY HAPPY with this Great Little Lens on my Canon R6 mk 2 . . This lens is Very Fast to Focus and Very Accurate to Focus . . Great Color and Contrast . . Clean and Crisp Images . . Attached Images are All JPEG . . if you do not need the more expensive f2.8 version . . You will be Very Satisfied with this Budget Friendly Lens . .

Light Weight and Amazing Image Quality
Image quality is amazing, very smooth, and lighter weight than expected!!! I love the focal range, and the ease of use! It also has a lock that is nice so you don't accidentally have it retract out unexpectantly!

Perfect for my hiking and backcountry lens. Love the size.
Love the smaller size and lighter weight. Perfect compliment for my bag and very crisp photos. After considering the 2.8 vs the 4, I went with the cheaper, smaller and lighter F4 and love my choice and the lens. It usually stays on the camera when not hiking and I can get some nice bird shots around the house or sunrises when I go to the beach. I liked the idea of saving $900 and also feel the quality is amazing for the price. Purchased at Best Buy and waited for a sale to get it at a fair price. Recommend this lens for those on a budget or looking to carry it while traveling/hiking.

The order was seamless actually perfect?Came a day earlier than expected I would recommend Adorama. The lens RF 70-200mm is more than I expected and love the size?Hopefully Canon can get its sh.. together with the supply of the 200-800 mm Beginning of April...

Fabulous light weight L lens
I have had this lens for 6 months - and it is wonderful Especially because of its weight. It produces superbly sharp pictures - which I have come to expect of L lenses.

Great lens for the price and performance!
The Canon 70-200mm f/4L IS USM is a fantastic, versitile lens for the pro-sumer market for those that cannot affort the f/2.8. Lightweight and and tack sharp, this lens should be a staple in anyone's kit.

Wish they had this lens in a 24-240mm range!
Light! Super Sharp. Fast. However, I will be returning it. My main purpose for a zoom lens is for traveling and hiking. Unfortunately, the 70mm is not the most convenient in tight spaces or nature trails. When I travel I just take with me one prime lens and one zoom lens. I really wish they had this starting at 24mm or even 35mm! The fact the is dust and weather resistant a beast like this should be available starting with at least 24mm as in my opinion would be the ultimate travel lens.
Canon I can't be the only person out there with this wish!

FAVORITE PEOPLE AND STREET LENS
I love the compact size and light weight. Zoom action is buttery smooth. Image quality is superb. It's my favorite new lens for people and street photography on the R6 body.

Great performer, love the small size.
Cannot believe the compact size of this lens. In fact, this lens was one of the main factors for me in switching to mirrorless. I do a lot of commercial action sports photography, so I'm often hiking or biking to remote locations with all my gear on my back. The weight savings of this lens and my R5 compared to my 5d or 1x bodies plus the EF 70-200 is truly a game changer. I opted for the f/4 over the f/2.8 because it's even smaller and with the high ISO performance of the R cameras, it's been a fine trade off for the stop of light.

Great lens!
really happy with this lens. Much lighter than my f/2.8 but just as sharp (if not more) and was surprised how close the minimum focus distance is. I can focus on my own hand for light testing purposes (which was definitely not the case with my previous 70-200). Shot in low light and handheld at 1/30th to test the image stabilization - it was really impressive!

Light weight and sharp
I am very pleased with the RF 70-200 f/4L IS USM lens. I needed this zoom range but did not need the speed of the f/2.8. Very sharp and the image stabilization pairs well with my R6.

Great sharp lens
This lens is quite light, well-balanced, and a joy to use. Pictures are worth more than words: this shot of a red-bellied woodpecker on my backyard feeder was taken handheld with an EOS R5, f4.5, ISO 500, and 1/1000, through a glass slider. Enough said.

Great bundle.
This is a great bundle at no additional cost; therefore, I couldn?t pass it up. The lens itself is great, compact and lightweight. The picture I took of the moon was at 200mm, iso 100, -3ev, f4.5, 1/125s and it is immensely cropped while still keeping some detail( granted, I had to make some adjustments when transferring the RAW image to iPhone).

Sharp and Clean Files
The combination of the R6 and this lens is one of the best I have owned. The pictures are sharp and clean without being crispy. And they are sharp from corner to corner.

Great Lens
Very nice lens, wish it had the tripod collar, and also the sliding window on the lens hood to adjust filters, but other than that, it's a great, lightweight, sharp lens and $1000 less than the f2.8 (which I rarely used)

A 70-200 I actually bring in my bag
A 70-200 I actually carry with me. Was hesitant to go with f/4 after coming from a 2.8 on a dslr but the 2.8 RF was unavailable (and way too pricey for me). This f/4 is very sharp and a great performer thus far. Very impressed with the results with such a small package.
