DANIEL S : Please can you tell me. Canon XF-300 have Full Frame Sensor? and what means XF. Thanks. DanielANDREW R : Image Sensor = (3) 1/3-inch CMOS I believe XF is just part of Canon's naming convention for certain camera model series.
Shopper : Canon XF-300 High Definition Professional is, Lenses interchangeable? and Can I use Ikan monitor D7W with this Camera?DAN H : The Lens on the XF300 is not interchangeable. You should be able to use the Ikan on the HDMI out from the XF300. The XF305 would have timecode and SDI out as well but that wouldn't be required since you have the HDMI out on the XF300. The built-in monitor of XF300 is fantastic and you have all the peaking, waveform monitors etc on that.
