AL S : Will this bracket work with a Sony Alpha IV?
Shopper : I'll this mount properly with my Nikon D5200?KRISTIN E : I believe it will, We have had no issues using with our cameras, it is adjustable.GARY H : I use this bracket with my Canon 5D without battery pack, and Canon 1d Mark IV. The bracket is fully adjustable. It's important to fix the camera on the bracket in the proper direction for a good fit. I suspect the Nikon D5200 will work though I have not tried it personally.STEVEN R : Yes, it should fit all DSLR's regardless of make & model.

You picked the right one. My fellow shutterbugs are jealous of mine. As far as the Olympus and Panasonic cameras are concerned, you would need the same hardware for the custom brackets Digital Pro E that you would for any other bracket. If I remember correctly it comes with the 1/4 20 mount screw for the flash and the camera, so all you need is the sync cable.KRISTIN E : Emmett, We use these all the time, there is no additional equipment needed. If you have the hot shoe cable, you just need to put that on and there is a couple of plates and screws on the bracket you would use to "align" and keep your shoe/flash pointed in the right direction.BRUCE L : This is not the exact bracket I have. But you want to make sure that your hot shoe cable is compatible with the mounting hardware for the bracket. BruceSENNEH O : I don't think so--I use Nikon and just needed the hot shoe cable.MICHAEL B : I am not familiar with Olympus, but for my Cannon setup I just needed the hot shoe extension cable. All in all, very well built.

Excellent bracket with minor issues

Excellent bracket, easy to rotate and manage. Only problem is the extended supports are not strong enough and can bend. Other thing missing is a cushion support grip where the camera mounts so camera doesn't rotate at all, otherwise very well made bracket for the price.

Excellent Bracket, But Expensive

The Digital Pro E Kit includes the CMP camera mount, which laterally attaches your DSLR to the bracket itself. The non-kit version omits the CMP mount entirely. Note that a tripod mounting plate cannot replace the CMP mount due to the unique lateral mounting configuration to the bracket. That said, the bracket itself contains a tapped 1/4"-20 hole for easy attachment to most tripod heads. I own two of these brackets, and although quite expensive, the quality is vastly superior to any other rotating bracket I have owned. The rotational friction of the ball bearings is perfect. I do like the fact that the camera rotates rather than the flash, which can stress and sometimes even fracture the flash shoe mount due to the rotational mass of the flash. I cannot afford for that to happen in my line of work.
