The extra hub is for my other Canon 7D Mark II to carry on the G3 Harness. The camera, grip, and lens is just over 5 lbs and the hub is very secure, plus with a safety tether, it adds another level of security. I'm disabled and use a walker when shooting, so this outfit keeps the camera in a convenient spot and easy to remove/replace. It has made my life much better doing what I love.
