I find this useful in outdoor shooting but not in wedding or in house shooting as this is bulky and interferes wiith your formal attire.

Although I have not had the opportunity to use it in the field, it is better than other methods I have tried to balance a D800 and f2.8 24-70mm along with a second Nikon. So far the main downside I see is that the adaptor hub is so close to the 1/4 X 20 tripod screw hole on the tripod adaptor bracket that there is not enough room between the two to allow me to screw my camera onto my tripod's mounting plate which is 1 3/8" from the edge to the 1/4 X 20 screw. Please not that I do not use quick releases on tripods because of costly reliability issues I have experienced with them.

Although I haven't had the chance yet to fully put it to the test, I do like the quality and features of it. Getting the fit right really is the hardest part to using it, as I am still making some adjustments. One suggestion I would make to CC is to put a connector on the bottom-right side as well as the left. I am fighting a left shoulder injury right now and that connector can be difficult to maneuver. I will update this review as I have the chance to put it through a full workout, but I would already recommend it as a good buy!

I've used the vest once so far. I was walking on a trail in the woods with a couple of friends when we came upon a couple who's dog took off after a deer, about an hour later we came upon their dog it was scared and went off the trail back into the woods I followed the dog . Long story short I took the 2 teathers clipped them together to make a leash they held the dog with no problems, I will be using the vest as my main gear to carry my cameras.

I just received this prior to shooting a 3 day air show. I was very impressed with the way the carrier distributed the weight of two cameras with big lenses and allowed me to move around without cameras knocking around into each other. My neck was happy too! The setup was a breeze and the universal bracket allowed use of my arca swiss RRS tripod head without an issue. I won't be leaving home without it.

As some have stated before, the set up takes some time to adjust everything properly. Once done,everything works very well. Both cameras are not only attached to the harness but also have tethers , so even if you manage to drop your cameras, they will not hit the ground. I can no longer carry a pack and even my shoulder pack is just too heavy for me. I am somewhat unsteady, so being able to use both hands, to grab onto things, is a large plus. The "swinging camera" is also eliminated

The carrier works exactly as demonstrated on their videos at their website. I can't think of a better way to carry two cameras into the field. Use it with RRS L-plates (Canon 5DII & 7D); works fine. Most of my work is in the field -- landscape, wildlife, close-up and macro.
