The Cartoni Smart Pro Tripod Kit is designed to suitable for use with DSLR and compact camcorders weighing up to 13 pounds, the SmartPro Tripod Kit with Fluid Head, Stabilo T640 Legs Bag provides you with a complete tripod kit including a fluid head, legs and a carry bag. The head features a quick release mechanism that accepts a sliding camera plate so you can balance your camera on the head. Variable counterbalance system and variable pan and tilt drag, allow you to adjust the fluid head based on the needs of the shot.

The head incorporates a 75mm half ball for quick leveling without adjusting the individual leg height. The tripod legs use carbon fiber construction and feature a working height range of 8.8 to just under 72", providing a stable working platform. The legs feature a spreader less design, independent leg spread and three pre-set locking positions. The integrated spiked feet with spin-down rubber boots allow you to move easily from exteriors to interiors or delicate surfaces. Each leg incorporates foam top sections for comfort and the legs feature and integrated leg strap which secures the legs for transport or storage. The tripod kit packs into the included case for storage and transport.

Fluid Head
The fluid head features a quick release sliding camera plate mechanism. This allows you to quickly mount your camera/camera plate on the fluid head from the top without having to slide it in from the back. Once mounted, you can adjust the sliding camera plate forward and back to adjust the balance of your camera on the head.

The head can tilt forward and back 90deg. allowing you to point your camera straight down to straight up in the same shot. Dual pan handle rosettes allow you to mount the included panhandle on either side of the head.

Tripod Legs
The carbon fiber construction provides strong stable platform that can support up to 88 pounds at full extension. The legs feature independent twist locks for each stage. Independent leg spread allows you to position your legs in odd-shaped areas. Each leg features three clearly marked pre-set locking positions.

The feet incorporate metal spikes, which are most useful on soft surfaces, such as beaches, dirt or rocky terrain. When working on interiors, hard or delicate surfaces you can spin-down rubber spike covers which provide extra grip on these surfaces than the metal spikes and will provide scratch protection to most delicate surfaces. A split ring is attached to the base of the head fitting, which you can use to attach an optional shoulder strap.
