This innovative weight displacement system is designed to make heavy cameras feel weightless, thereby saving camera operators from potential back, spine, and shoulder issues. The Ergorig Classic is a handheld weight displacement system that transfers the weight of camera builds up to 50 lbs. from the shoulder and back to the operator's hips. This unique design completely bypasses the spine, eliminating spinal compression. The vest-mounted system is devoid of protruding arms and doesn't attach to the camera, allowing operators to perform handheld operations as they normally would. This ensures that the camera's movement or balance is not affected. The bundle also includes the Undersling, an exclusive Ergorig accessory. This adjustable suspension system allows the Ergorig to carry cameras below the shoulder. It features a unique, proprietary capture-release system with a strong elastic band that makes height adjustment quick and simple while dampening the effect of footsteps. The universal strap on capture-release fits onto any camera handle, adding to its versatility. The Riser, an accessory for the Undersling, provides additional camera height and freedom of movement when mounted on the Ergorig. It adds a quick-release function when changing from Underslung mode to shoulder operation, and allows approximately 6" additional range. This makes adjusting the camera height up to the shoulder much easier. The Riser also suspends the camera further away from the operator's body, ensuring more comfortable and natural operation.
