Solid battery!
I've had this battery for a while now and wanted to have a second one for when more light is needed. The battery has a small indicator light (red = charging / green= fully charged). Works perfectly with the PX1R flashlight!

Batteries that work very well.
Coast's lithium battery ZX450 all batteries that Coast supply are excellent. Reason I say this is because rechargeable lithium batteries sometimes have issues like premature failure. Things like not taking a charge, memory issues, and short run times to name a few. I do handle lion cells as recommended which is important for long life. Coast batteries and my lithium cellular batteries are the only batteries that work as promised regarding rechargeable lithium cells. I expect an a dramatic improvement with rechargeable lithium batteries of all sizes any time.

Best company and flashlights
Customer service is excellent, they also stand behind their products. I have a Coast flash light for 6 years, its very durable. I work in a rough environment and it stands strong. My connections in the tail stock broke, believe it was due to TSA after a trip I had made. Coast replaced no problem. Best company and flash lights.

Quick Charging
Solid spare battery looks like it will hold up to abuse of rolling around in my tool box. Easy access charging port protected inside the flashlight housing. Changed quickly and lasts a good while with continuous use.

Best dependable and bright flashlights.
Coast has the best lights. Great customer service. I own several Coast flashlights. very dependable. and extremely bright. The rechargeable battery is excellent. you can charge it in and out of the flashlight. and it lasts a long time. I work underground , most of the time. and need a dependable light.

Great Battery!
Battery lasts a long time but the best thing is you don't need the flashlight to charge the battery. If you have 2 batteries, you can charge 1 while using the other in the flashlight. INGENIOUS! I will only buy Coast products from now on.

Great little flashlight
Great little flashlight with plenty of light output. The switch is on the end of the flashlight and the light has 2 power levels. Another nice feature is the ability to charge the flashlight with a USB cord by moving a collar at the end of the flashlight and exposing a charging port. The beam adjusts from a wide area floodlight to a spotlight, but with plenty of light around the spot so you can see around the area. The only down side is the proprietary battery. If they ever stop making the battery the flashlight will make a nice paperweight.

A great companion accessory to the rechargeable PX1R flashlight. A spare rechargeable USB battery pack, about the size of less than a C cell battery. Just Needs a belt pouch to stay with the flashlight, so it doesn?t get lost when you really need it.
