I've owned multiple different headlamps over the years, but nothing comes close to COAST. Ever since I bought my first COAST headlamp, I've never even considered another brand. The quality, brightness, and reliability are second to none. Their customer service and warranty are also top-notch. I had one FL75R quit working after years of heavy use, and COAST immediately sent me a brand-new replacement after I sent them a few photos - no hassle, no need to ship the old one back. That was years ago, so their process may have changed, but honestly, I wouldn't blame them if it did (I can see how it could be taken advantage of). They've always gone above and beyond to take care of their customers. Also, I always wonder if reviews on products are bots or not - rest assured, this is my own personal opinion and experience. I felt compelled to write this review after having such a durable, well-made product from a local Oregon company that truly stands behind what they make. I'm a huge fan of COAST products and will continue to use them for everything from work to outdoor adventures. If you want a dependable, bright, and comfortable headlamp backed by a company that actually cares about its customers - look no further.

I own a lot of lights made by Coast. While my favorite headlamp is their TPH25R model, this one is a close second. Unlike a lot of lights out there that claim 1,000 gajillion lumens, Coast advertises a realistic number. No, this isn't as bright as the sun at noon. However, it's more than bright enough for practically anything a normal person would to use it for?camping, working on cars/trucks, electrical work, etc. The headband is very comfortable, there are three brightness settings, it can zoom in and out, and there are red and green led's. The one complaint I have are the two power buttons. I find the placement of them is a bit awkward. I'd prefer them on the sides or further back (closer to the headband) but it doesn't take too long to get used to where they're at.

I have been a Coast user for over eight years and I will continue to be as long as our product continues to be as good as it is, but even more than that their Customer Service is one of the best I have seen in any industry. That's what's even more important to me because it is hard to find these days.

I got this light a few weeks ago and I love it. Make my photography a lot easier at night. Plus using the red or green light you don't have many bugs if any.

The FL75R headlamp is comfortable on your head and durable. I have many of these headlamps and use them all the time. They are durable also rechargeable and the battery is long lasting. The focus beam feature works great. This headlamp is good for any task, work or outdoor adventures!

Great light! Have owned several coast headlamps, first time with the FL75R. New battery last longer and it's extremely bright! Only thing I don't light is you have to press button twice to get brightest light. I'd buy another!

The light is very good. I like the brighter setting on the second click. The new head strap is not very comfortable. It's much stiffer than the previous ones. Thats why I give it 3 stars

The FL75R is light, runs a long time on the rechargeable battery and is very bright. Can't say enough about Coast products. High quality and a great value, and they stand behind their products. The warranty process was easy and fast. Get this light and you won't be disappointed.

This is the best headlight that's out there, I've been an electrician for a long time and use it every day at work. It has a rechargeable battery pack that lasts plus if it dies you can slip in 3 aaa batteries and you're going again. Excellent engineering and product, plus a full warranty,win,win, win!!!

I have 3 different Coast headlamps, this one is by far my favorite. It has been updated over the years as I had to send my old one in for warranty. It seems brighter than the old one and the company took care of me 100% including the shipping and handling. Can't say enough about Coast products. I totally recommend them.

Ive had one of these flashlights for about 7 years. I use it working in aircraft maintenance and its an amazing light. The light lasts long with the rechargeable battery.

There is always room for improvement. I will say that when this light broke with normal use, and I was left light-less, I filled out the information, took one picture, and just as fast as I feel was possible, a new light was delivered... SUPER Fast and required much less effort than most warranties.

Been a Coast fan for well over a decade. I have a few head lights, but my favorites are the Coast ones... and this one is my new favorite. PROS: Strong output. Usable light spread. Comfortable. CONS: None really. It's a quality light, not too heavy.

Originally I purchased this from Lowe's, and I bought 3 other rechargeable batteries for it. I used it religiously working on my boat, somehow one of my hinges broke. I filled out the warranty form and emailed pictures that Coast requested, a few days later a brand new replacement headlamp showed up. I will be buying more of these. Amazing product, and an amazing company that stands by their products. Thanks Coast
