no quality control

the silver screws from the #710-swa are both missing retainer rings. they already had fallen out of the hinge before i even opened the bag for the first time!! what is to keep them from falling in the sand on the beach? there is nothing holding them in place!!! also the hem was sewn too small to fit the sidebars. doesn't anyone do quality control? if this is the kind of product csb now produces-- i will never buy another one.
