Questions & Answers

David A : Hi are the two middle slots with bodies show have lens attached? Curious if an 18-200 on a body would fit here. I guess the dividers are rearrangeable? Neat looking set up. thanksGEORGE W : I use a Nikon D7000 with added battery attachment and a 55-300, 18-105 (this one or the 55-300 attached to the body), a 35 - 135 nikkor, and a nikkor 105 macro lenses. I usually also carry a Nikon F-80 film camera with the 35-135 lens attached) or a Nikon Coolpix P510. These all fit with room for snacks. I also carry a water bottle and small tripod on the outside of the pack. I like it.NANCY L : The dividers are rearrangeable. My camera body with a 55-300 fits with plenty of room to spare. I used it traveling last summer and I was very pleased with its versatility and comfort. I recommend it.CATHY M : David, there is plenty of room to accommodate a camera body with any attached lens in the center and the dividers are movable. This backpack is rugged and sits well on my back which makes it comfortable to carry long distances while hiking. I highly recommend this product.EDDY S : Hi David, This case is so valuable. I put in it my 55-300mm mounted on the camera and a lot of more stuff. you can rearrange the slots as you want. you will be amazed to see how much items that can fit in.I recommend you buy this backpackBLAS F : Yes, you can modify the divisions according to your lens sizes. My camera fits well with the sigma 18-200 attached to it. You can customize all the dividers for different sizes of lenses, flashes and accessories.CLIFFORD C : David A, You could have lens attached to both camera bodies as long as they can fit. A 18-200 on one and a 18-55 on another should be no problem at all. The dividers can be rearranged as you correctly observed. On the down side, these dividers are not as sturdy as the ones in the picture. Also, they do not stick to the bottom of the bag so items like AA batteries or even my small 35mm prime lens can roll out of its compartment. I am sewing my dividers in place so things stay put. Also the laptop compartment could use more padding at the base whenthe bag is upright. Otherwise, the bag is everything that is advertised!MARIUS F : Hi David, For the money does the job. The dividers are re-arrangeable by velcro. It has a lot of pockets- for laptop, tablet, camera + lenses. I have a D600 w/ 50mm + the grip all the time, a 28-300 next to it, and 12-24. Camera has a Blackrapid strap(extra battery and cards inside) attached. On the outside pockets I have 12 AA batteries (and the grip carrier) with my filters. To my girlfriend's surprise I managed to find a place for my tripod too (the head stays inside). It is how you organize the space. On the down side, one zipper fell apart the second day, so be careful. Welcome.JEFFREY L : I use this backpack with every slot being used. There is not room for the bodies of the camera to fit with an attached lens, unless you don't fill all of the slots and also rearrange how it is set up.David A : Thanks, great!KACIE I : Yes, the dividers are rearrangeable! It's a great bag!PATRICIA M : Hi David Yes, it does. Everything is rearrangeable. I really like the backpack and think it was a wise investment. I've had it for a couple years now.JACK P : While I can't speak for the promo pictures, I can say that lenses could be attached and YES your lens would fit. The middle "Vally" is adjustable with little pieces of velcro all up and down. So you could create a wall there to support just your camera's body or open it up to longer lenses. The great thing about the velcro is that you can make this switch on the fly. Hope that helps.
Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?BRENDA M : I like the descriptions of the different compartments of the bag.CHRISTOPHER G : Because it holds a camera, lenses, and a laptopSANTIAGO DIAZ E : Great productEDNA S : PriceJEFF S : Browsed a lot of backpacks in a similar price range and this seems to have what I'm looking for at a good priceMichael M : for schoolRuben C : Need oneMark B : looks like a back pack to work event worksCHARLES S : great value for price...on sale.TESSICA S : I seen a photographer I follow had it and he was talking about how comfortable it was and it was overall a great bag to have..GARY C : I needed a single camera backpack that would carry all my lenses and other devices and it seemed to fill my needs with plenty of roomANGELO G : I purchased one prior and happy with this brand.RICHARD B : Convenient bagADRIANA L : Had a lot of useful compartments and the built in water resistant bag was an appeal.BARRY M : Fits my needsLEWIS M : After owning this camera backpack for over a year, or two, I still use it as one of my go to bags. Its been to several national parks in North America as well as out on Safari in Africa and has endured. I'm sure by know its been replaced, but if your still able to come across one, its will be a good long investment.

Nice Bag but issues with the stitching

I have had this camera bag for a little while now and it fits my gear well. All I carry is a dslr and about 3 lenses, plus a few small items. By no means have I jam packed this bag ever. I also take very good care of my things, including bag and backpacks. Unfortunately I started having the stitching fail at the top of the straps where it connects to the bag. It's right along the bag material and the mesh breathable part of the strap. Now the white foam insides of the straps are exposed and the fraying just continues. It was nice but didn't stand the test of time.

Liked it Loved it so much I bought another

I bought my first one to use as a bag for my backup camera and accessories. I purchased this one because the first was such a great setup. This one will be used to carry my drone when it will not be convenient to haul around the tough case, like when hiking. The ability to change the interior configuration is great.

Camera bag size is not practical

The interior length is only 15.25", which is too small for 2 cameras and too big for 1 camera (plus accessories). Also, the 2 side accessories bags are too small. They seem like they are for decoration/display purpose only, because they can barely hold accessories.

This is an excellent bag ...

This is an excellent bag my only issue could be whether it holds up. It is a lightweight backopack for my DSLR shooting assignments and I shoot several events a day almost 6 days a week. My concern is whether it will hold up for an extended length of time at least a year. So far it has taken the daily abuse and has held up fantasticly but time will tell.

After years of lugging my camera equipment around at sporting events in a bulky camera bag, I decided to look into a backpack. After comparing several makes and models, this one filled all my needs. I have not used it in "the field" yet, but I have no doubts that it will be perfect.

This is an extremely user friendly backpack. It is easy to access my camera and lenses without a problem. The only drawback is that two of my lenses are a little longer than the depth of the backpack so I had to reformat the back to lie the lenses down. Other than that its great.

Good product for lots of equipment.

I am using this product for a single DSLR with two lenses, a shotgun mic, 2 lapel mics and some small audio recording equipment. All the small equipment and camera fits nicely in the main body with a bit more room for expansion. The front pockets are a good size but I would have liked them to be a little deeper to accommodate some long audio cables. Overall a good, quality bag with lots of room.

Fantastic backpack for photo equipment

I bought this backpack for my photo gear and I´m very pleased with it. It is an excellent camera backpack. It has a perfect size and is big enough to fit enough of my camera gear. It’s very comfortable to wear and offers good protection in all weather conditions.

Have taken it on several vacations.

The bag fits in the overhead of the airplane no problem. Have taken it on a trip to Alaska and to the Oregon coast several times, along with trips to the Texas gulf coast.

The backpack is really sturdy. It has many compartments for storagw. It can be used for a long hiking photography trip. Totally recommend.

I would totally recommend this product. It was roomy. Enough space for a camera, a handful of lenses and a laptop compartment. Not to mention it has other small compartments for accessories storage too.

Looked long and hard for the right bag to fit my needs and saw this and it seemed to fit. One of the better designs I've seen and has plenty of space to fit plenty of gear. Love it.

Review of Case Logic camera backpack

I have not used the Camera Backpack but two or three times since I received it. I still need to arrange the dividers so that they conform to the equipment I most often use. It is easy to adjust the dividers (there are lots of dividers I won't be using all of them). It is a comfortable backpack (I am 5'10") I usually carry two camera bodies (DSLR), four lenses, small tripod, water, snacks and a small lightweight jacket -- I am confident they will all fit without a problem. My only complaint is the bright orange colour of the dividers a black would fit my tastes -- I'll get used to it :-). The raincover that is tucked away in the pack is a nice touch -- I do get caught in the rain from time to time. I am pretty sure that I will be using this Camera Backpack for many years.

Great Outing Camera & Gear Bag

Needed something to carry a small amount of my camera and equipment to remote locations. Tried a small standard camera backpack, just didn't feel safe. This backpack is excellent for packing, actually, quite a bit of camera and gear. There's plenty of room for everything. Couple things I really like; 1. The bag stands up on end even when there's a heavy Canon 7D on the top. It doesn't tend to fall over easily. 2. Very easy access to grab some gear if you need to be quick about it. 3. Plenty of room for everything. I take 2 -3 spare lenses, flash unit, cleaning supplies, books and writing material, tripod, and even a bottle of water. One thing that I would have liked, the backpack has space for a laptop, 14" PC only. My laptop is a 17", so "oh well", have to work on that. Overall, this really is a great bag for the price. After a few outings, it appears to be well built, nothing fraying, nothing coming apart, zippers work nicely. I know I didn't spend as much as I could have for a higher end backpack, but I simply needed a backpack for quick outings without having to carry a huge camera bag and this works most excellently for me.
