I've been using this laptop backpack for 4 years, it's still in great condition! I literally get compliments on it all of the time, from it's compact size to it's design!

This comes with "25 years warranty" and I believe it. I bought this backpack first over 15 years ago and have been commuting with it almost daily. It's still going strong, all zippers working great and not a single rip. Bought a second one a couple years ago for motorcycle trips - same quality. The only downside: Case Logic stopped producing the gray/red version. Otherwise I'd buy another one for travel.

Overall, A very good product. I love the design and material and workmanship. However, since it was advertised as bag for laptops, you should have included a slot or compartment for it's accessories, e.g. power cord and/or adapter. There were no slots for pens or pencils. Biggest drawback was that, for me, it was not a very comfortable bag to use. The straps could have had more padding. But mainly the straps were too wide so that the bag did not rest comfortably on my shoulders. I'm a small person and I can only guess that it was designed for larger persons with much wider shoulders. I would recommend this bag, but not for smaller people.

I use this product on a daily basis to carry my laptop, textbooks, and other school accessories to and from classes. The straps are very supportive and adjust easily, the laptop case component is sturdy and well integrated, and the various compartments are all well organized and suited for my purposes. Even the zipper pouches for drinks are sturdy and a nice touch. This backpack can hold a lot of things at one time but doesn't protrude from my back very much, either. It is my favorite backpack ever.

I am about to buy another, there is finally a slight fraying at the edges and I use it for work (5 days a week). Best thing is the pockets enough not too many and discrete making it good for work. With side pockets for easy access. I cannot recommend this enough, bought the smaller one for my sister she thinks its great too.

Yes, all of those without making the bag look like its going to explode. I also have tried already filling this bag to its limit, and I never had any problem with it. It has been with me for like 7 months now, and up to this day, it has never stopped to amaze me. Take note. I bring a camera with 2 lens with me and a laptop everyday, and the bag never fails to protect it for me. I remember this bag falling once from a table with my laptop on it, and the bag receiving the shock for my laptop. If you're going to bring your laptop everyday through the chaos of everyday commuting, I highly recommend this laptop. This is my 3rd bag from Case Logic, and this is also the 3rd time I am amazed. Looking forward to buy a small commute bag from Case Logic in the future! :D

I love this backpack! It is great looking, fits well, and holds everything in an organized way. I use the laptop sleeve to hold my iPad. And I use a couple of clear zipper cosmetic pouches to organize my personal stuff. I really like how compact it looks when it's all zipped up, but yet it is spacious enough for all my stuff. This is the best backpack I've ever owned!

This product was very good compared to what I expected in every aspect. The pocket sizes were great for my small items (cell phone, wallet, pencil case, iPod, headphones, and etc.), the strap was comfortable, and the laptop pocket inside was made very well that I feel confident my computer will be safe. The design was also attractive so few of my peers have asked me about the backpack and I suggested this backpack to several peers.

It's a very nice looking backpack, and if you own a 13 inch MacPro and put it in Case Logic's 13 inch Pro zippered case, it will fit nicely into this 16 inch laptop backpack BUT:Like the other reviews, though it is a very nice looking and high quality product, they screwed up by trying to make the bag fashionable with the way they made the shoulder straps and made them too wide so they feel like one's sliding off as you walk. It's like an ill fitting sears sucker suit.Also, contrary to the way it's pictured, it DOESN'T sit up they way it looks like it does, and whenever you go to set it down on its base, it invariably falls over so you have to LEAN it against something king of silly, huh?

Love the backpack. It is much more comfortable to wear than the previous backpack that I had. Carrying my laptop, and art supplies to school used to really hurt my back, and I can wear this bag for hours, and another plus is that it is simple and stylish. I wish that it was a little larger. In my old backpack I could fit a lot more things, but maybe I should have bought a bigger size. Overall, it is a wonderful bag.

It is very useful, has a lot of space and the front pocket is very useful for keeping everything organized. It is great for small trips because you can have your laptop save and easy to access and the compartment is large enough for packing a couple of clothes. Not only this backpack is well design and very resistant, the customer service from case logic is fantastic. I received wonderful response from their customer service, way beyond what I expected. The quality and design of their products is very good and the price is very affordable. Highly recommended

I like the look and organization of this bag, but as a petite woman I find the shoulder straps a bit too wide. They rub against my arms when I walk, and the one time I used the bag while wearing short sleeves, it left a painful red mark that took two days to heal. I may try and stitch the straps smaller, though that doesn't appear simple. I think this would be a fine bag for someone with relatively broad chest/shoulders, but not right for a smaller person.

My laptop is 15.4" and is 37'5 cm wide (backpack is 38'6cm wide) ... it fits very very tighly. The corners of the laptop can break the backpack by the top. I don't recommend it for this kind of laptop. I think it is bad designed.

I use this bag for my apple mac book pro with retina 2013 and acer w700 iconia 11.6 tablet with some other accessories and this holds everything with no prob highly recommended bag keep up the good work case logic i have been using this brand for years its the best.

I used my Case Logic attaché for mor than two years now, I decided to buy a backpack cause I now carry more things, an iPad, an iPhone, some papers for work, a hard disk, and off course my 13" MacBook Pro inside my Case Logic sleeve, and I would say this is a light weight perfect combination.
