I bought this case 7 years ago and it has been through lots of sports activities and vacations! The zipper on the side stopped working, so I just ordered another one because I liked the first one so well.

Rugged! Perfect for carrying a few extra lens and accessories while protecting the camera in the hammock-like sling. I already owned the Case Logic single camera bag and was very pleased with it, so I purchased the large case with great expectations. I am not disappointed.

This is a very nice, heavy duty case. The rubberized bottom is especially great for when out shooting landscapes in wet terrain (which is most of the time in Oregon). I'm not the most gentle of people... being a US Marine and all... so the suspension system to protect the camera is a very good thing for me. My only issue is that it will not fit the Nikkor 200-500 Tele-Zoom lens in one of the the side pockets (my fault, not theirs for my not measuring the lens first).

Very nice camera case. Well designed and easy to use. Allows the camera to float inside the bag.

Pros : Compact, Supports Camera Well, Lightweight, Easily Accessible Equipment, Roomy Lens Compartment, Well Padded, Supports Lens Well Cons : Could Use Snap Buckle, Needs Better Hardware, Low Quality Strap Best Uses : Protecting SLRs, Storing SLRs, Transporting SLRs Describe Yourself : Semi-pro Photographer I can fit my Olympus E500 with attached 18-180 zoom including lens hood, misc. filters, batteries, memory cards, manual, battery charger and other small items in main compartment. Also, I fit a 70-300 Zuiko lens in one compartment and a 9-18 Zuiko in the other compartment - both with lens hoods attached and there is still ample room in one of the lens compartments for additional small gear. The front compartment is large enough for additional cables, and other misc. stuff. The hard molded bottom is a great feature. The profile of this bag is such that it is not bulky. But access to the main compartment is through a zippered opening - easy to open, but a snap buckle would allow the zipper to be open while being secured by the quick snap buckle. (I plan to install a snap buckle myself) Also, the connection for the carrying strap does not inspire confidence. Should have been supplied with steel D-rings rather than cloth loops. (I plan to add steel D-rings myself) The supplied carrying strap is a disappointment, but since I use a strap I prefer, this is not a deal-breaker. I have probably bought 9 or so other bags and none was as well-suited for my use as this one. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Wish I had found this bag sooner. Would have saved me a ton of $.
