Experience the power of seamless integration with the Complete Accessory Kit with PL Mount Adapter for Sony BURANO Cinema Camera. This comprehensive kit includes a Meta Mount Active Adapter, designed to facilitate a smooth transition from Sony BURANO to ARRI PL. The Chrosziel Burano Mount, a key component of this kit, is a "hot mount" adapter that enables metadata communication between the camera and the lens.
The mount is equipped with the necessary pin contacts to transmit lens metadata to the camera, while also providing lens control through a 12-pin Hirose out connection to an ENG lens. When paired with cine lenses featuring LDS or Cooke /i-Data, the adapter transmits metadata such as iris setting, focus distance, and zoom focal length, which can be viewed in the viewfinder, on the monitor, and recorded in the video file for post-processing.
The kit also includes a Rear Right-Side Bracket and a Right Front-Side Bracket for the Sony BURANO, both featuring integrated mounting points and an ARRI anti-twist safeguard. These brackets are designed to attach to the Chrosziel top plate and the camera body, providing a secure and stable setup.
The Left Front-Side Bracket, also included, offers similar features and is designed to attach to the Chrosziel top plate and the light weight support or bridge plate.
The kit is completed with a Top Plate with 15mm Rods for the Sony BURANO. This top plate, split into two parts, allows for the use of either the standard Sony Burano Top Handle or the Sony FX9 Top Handle with built-in electronics, perfect for Run&Gun shooting.
The kit also includes a Cine Bridge Plate for Sony Burano, Venice 2 & Venice, a Base Plate for Bridge Plate, a Rear Rod Clamp for Light Weight Support, and a Lightweight Support for Sony VENICE 2.
