We are a church and our projector mount was damaged by electricians using a scizzor lift and crunching down on the projector. The mount was badly damaged and our search for a exact replacement led us to you. Product was sent quickly and forunately came with a key for lock and unlocking the mount. We either lost our key or never was given a key after initial installation. Life saver. Thanks
