It's essential to note that the Record Speed Basic Fixer is a crucial component in all Sprint Systems processes, specifically designed for black and white photographic procedures. This high-performance fixer operates swiftly, maintaining an optimal pH level to stabilize prints before thiosulfate absorption can escalate to harmful levels. Its unique formulation encourages comprehensive washing, thereby enhancing the longevity of your prints.
The Record Speed Basic Fixer offers versatility, as it can be transformed into a hardening fixer for black and white films and prints when combined with the Record Alum Hardening Converter, which is packaged separately. This feature allows for increased durability and resilience in your photographic outputs.
Moreover, this product provides exceptional value, with one liter of concentrate capable of producing 10 liters of print fixer. This quantity is sufficient for processing up to 600 8x10 fiber prints or 900 8x10 resin-coated prints. Alternatively, it can yield 5 liters of film fixer, enough to cater to 150 rolls of film. This makes the Record Speed Basic Fixer a cost-effective solution for both professional photographers and photography enthusiasts alike.
