Shopper : i have a conon eos 60d with an 18-135mm lens. it looks like it takes a 67 mm. ring. will this fit?DARA C : The adaptor must match the threads on the lens.RANDY J : the lens should said what size it is on the side of it, whatever size this is a great item to have in your bagDIANNE R : I have a Canon EF-S 18-135mm IS lens and it does take a 67mm filter. It says so on the lens. (There is no 'looks like' involved.) The Cokin adapter ring screws onto the end of the lens, just like a filter, so the size of the adapter ring needs to be the same as the filter size--67mm. The Cokin 67mm adapter ring does properly fit on our lens. The email I received from Adorama requesting an answer to this question references the 62mm adapter ring, but the customer's actual question appears to address the 67 mm ring. Yes, the 67mm ring will fit this lens, but not the 62mm size. The outside diameter of any of the p-series adapters is the same--we have the 62, 67, and 77mm--so the Cokin filter holder will then slide onto any of these adapters.Alireza B : no, to the best of my knowledge, you have to buy a 67 mm one, because it is not threaded on the outside edge. the outside edge goes into the filter holder.WILLIAM C : First things first... Go to the Canon website to find the specs for your lens. What you want to find is the filter size. Any filter or adapter that you purchase must have the same size (mm) as the stated filter size for a specific lens that you wish to use it on. In short, if the lens has a 67mm filter size anything that you purchase which does NOT have a 67mm filter size will not fit. Hope that helped.ANTHONY D : No. A a 62mm adapter would not fit your 67mm threaded lens. You would need to purchase a 67mm adapter ringJOHN H : The 62 mm Lens Adapter will not work on a 67 mm lens. A 67 mm Lens Adapter Ring should work fine. So, if your question is just 'will the outer ring adapt to the filter holder?' the answer to that is yes. But you need to get the 67 mm Lens Adaptor. The filter holder works great with all Cokin P series filters I have used. Hope this helps.

simply works

Works well with Nikon 85mm f/1.8D AF lens, Cokin P adapter, and Cokin neutral density filters. I'm just getting started with the Cokin filter system, but they seem pretty easy to use and offer a great capability.

Idea is good, performance is lacking

When I use the filter the tension that holds the filter holder on the adapter ring is very weak and makes it uncomfortable to use.
