A must have filter
This filter being graduated will let me get the affect I want. I use it on a digital camera so I can see what the picture looks like right away. If it is not exactly what I want I can easily adjust it in the holder and take the picture again. Well worth the cost.
The Cokin T2 Hard-Edge Graduated Tobacco is a 2-stop filter that can be used to enhance dull, flat, or hazy skies. The filter is densest at the edge and graduates to clear at the middle, with a hard-edged line of transition. Hard-edge filters are great for images with a defined horizon line. The filter is rectangle so you can selectively choose where the tobacco edge sits in the framing of the image.
Cokin Graduated Tobacco Filter Features
- P124 - T1 graduated tobacco filter reduces the light 1 stop.
- P125 - T2 graduated tobacco filter reduces the light 3 stops.
- P125L - 2X Light starts with the same density as P124, but feathers the tobacco almost from the color edge and more gently graduates to clear. One stop of compensation.
- P125S - 8X Is the same density of color as P125M but the graduation extends to 3/4 of the filter. Requires 3 stops.
- P125F - 8X Full is the same as P125S except that the tobacco covers the entire filter. Requires 3 stops.
