At times you want to add a little punch to your sky, cools it nicely during bright sun.

Great Grad Blue Filter

I have used this to correct for the dirt and smog in landscape shots of Los Angeles. Similarly, it would restore the blue to lightly overcast or hazy skies. On the negative side, cleaning with my microfiber cloth charges the filter with static, which attracts more dust.
