I didn't really need another camera bag, but I saw a Crumpler for $ and decided to buy it and see if a Crumpler is as good as everyone says. The overall form is sufficient and I always like a minimal bag. With the unsubstantial divider removed (it's kinda flimsy considering the rest of the bag), I can fit my Canon T3i with just about any single lens I own (up to the EF-S 55-250mm) or even squeeze in a 24mm pancake with another short lens attached. Even with the camera maxing out the main compartment, I can still fit a spare battery, LensPen and a couple of filters in the front pouch. I like the thought of the Velcro-hiding pocket, but honestly haven't found a use for the Velcro on the main flap at all. The single clip closure works fine and is fast to clip and unclip. The strap isn't the most comfortable and actually has a shorter range of length adjustment compared to all my other Manfrotto bags. It still works fine for me, though, as I tend to keep my straps a bit shorter now to make it easier to clamp the bag down with my elbow in case I need to run. The rear zipper pouch is not really useful when there is a full-sized camera in the main compartment. Right now, I just have a micro fiber cloth in there. The exterior is nice and colorful, if slightly girly... but if the guy in the product image can sport this, so can I. The two side-straps allow other things to be clipped on, like a water bottle holder or extra lens in a case, or even just clip your sunglasses through the loop. The material seems decent. My first day out with this case we got caught in a downpour. Taking shelter under a tree that provided moderate protection, the bag still got a bit wet but all was good and dry on the inside. Overall, I like this bag. I personally like smaller camera bags and really like when they don't necessarily look like camera bags. Granted, this is bordering on a sporty purse, but it doesn't look like a boring, monochrome padded box with a strap. I would almost admit that this bag is totally worth the full retail price, even though I wouldn't pay that much for a small bag myself- camera or otherwise. The bottom line, if this is still on a good sale and you need a small-er camera bag, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this Crumpler 3 Million Dollar Home.

Thankfully not just another black camera bag and reasonably priced.

Decent bag for mirrorless camera and extra lens/battery/minipod. Looks good, light weight and functional. I'm still not sure about the shape..seems a bit inefficient, but it'sa good overall bag.

I photograph work sites on our annual mission trip. I've been looking for a lightweight, waterproof, camera case for when I do not wish to carry every accessory I own. This did the job perfectly. I was able to carry an extra battery and the pockets are roomy enough to carry other things such as an ID, credit cards, and cash if desired. Though the colors are a bit obnoxious, that proved to be helpful when I would set it down and walk away from it. It's quite noticeable.

The Crumpler 3 Million Dollar Home Camera Bag (Navy/Rust Red) features a super strength water-resistant 900D outer, flamed polypropylene webbing, triple strength S-Bend webbing attachment, injection molded Velcro and bonded nylon thread with bar tack stitching on all stress points. It's big enough for a video cam, DSLR with standard lens, micro 4/3 DSLR with twin lens kit or compact DSLR with standard zoom.
It is weatherproof enough to keep hostile elements at bay and padded enough to absorb whatever the school of hard knocks throws your way. All that and yet it's small enough to sit comfy and unobtrusively by your side, so you can get your shot off fast.
