Shopper : What is the size?DON G : External Internal main pocket 8" across the top 4" x 7" at the top 8" top to bottom 2 3/4" x 4" at the bottom 5" across the bottom 7" deep a front pouch good for extra batteries or SD cards Back pouch good for pens & paper Over all good for a small DSLR such as a Nikon L840 or a P520 Won't even begin to hold a large DSLR such as a Nikon D300DARWIN O : The bag itself is 8 x 9 x 4. I was able to fit a Sony A6000 with kit lens and an additional lens in the main pouch.SUCHUNSA T : The size is Small. Just for mirrorless camera.
Mary W : is the bag water proof?PAUL Z : Contrary to what Allie says, this bag does not have a cover. Although this bag may not be waterproof, I was caught in a downpour the first day I used this case. It got quite a bit wet but the water rolled and shook off of the outside. Everything on the inside was perfectly dry. Granted, I wouldn't suggest hiking through a monsoon with this bag- especially since there is no weathertight closure for the main compartment- but it holds up to light rain just fine.Allison D : It has a cover to go over the bag.JAMES E : No.DAVID P : No the bag is not waterproof. Fabric may offer some resistance to water but is by no means waterproof.

Great small camera bag.

I didn't really need another camera bag, but I saw a Crumpler for $ and decided to buy it and see if a Crumpler is as good as everyone says. The overall form is sufficient and I always like a minimal bag. With the unsubstantial divider removed (it's kinda flimsy considering the rest of the bag), I can fit my Canon T3i with just about any single lens I own (up to the EF-S 55-250mm) or even squeeze in a 24mm pancake with another short lens attached. Even with the camera maxing out the main compartment, I can still fit a spare battery, LensPen and a couple of filters in the front pouch. I like the thought of the Velcro-hiding pocket, but honestly haven't found a use for the Velcro on the main flap at all. The single clip closure works fine and is fast to clip and unclip. The strap isn't the most comfortable and actually has a shorter range of length adjustment compared to all my other Manfrotto bags. It still works fine for me, though, as I tend to keep my straps a bit shorter now to make it easier to clamp the bag down with my elbow in case I need to run. The rear zipper pouch is not really useful when there is a full-sized camera in the main compartment. Right now, I just have a micro fiber cloth in there. The exterior is nice and colorful, if slightly girly... but if the guy in the product image can sport this, so can I. The two side-straps allow other things to be clipped on, like a water bottle holder or extra lens in a case, or even just clip your sunglasses through the loop. The material seems decent. My first day out with this case we got caught in a downpour. Taking shelter under a tree that provided moderate protection, the bag still got a bit wet but all was good and dry on the inside. Overall, I like this bag. I personally like smaller camera bags and really like when they don't necessarily look like camera bags. Granted, this is bordering on a sporty purse, but it doesn't look like a boring, monochrome padded box with a strap. I would almost admit that this bag is totally worth the full retail price, even though I wouldn't pay that much for a small bag myself- camera or otherwise. The bottom line, if this is still on a good sale and you need a small-er camera bag, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this Crumpler 3 Million Dollar Home.

Nicely made

Decent bag for mirrorless camera and extra lens/battery/minipod. Looks good, light weight and functional. I'm still not sure about the shape..seems a bit inefficient, but it'sa good overall bag.

Exactly what I wanted

I photograph work sites on our annual mission trip. I've been looking for a lightweight, waterproof, camera case for when I do not wish to carry every accessory I own. This did the job perfectly. I was able to carry an extra battery and the pockets are roomy enough to carry other things such as an ID, credit cards, and cash if desired. Though the colors are a bit obnoxious, that proved to be helpful when I would set it down and walk away from it. It's quite noticeable.
