This is our second Canon large format printer. Our first printer was a workhorse and died after 7 years of continuous use. Thus far we have printed on regular and glossy paper using the new equipment. With both applications we are extremely pleased with the quality and speed. The only downside to the product was the speed of delivery. Paper rolls and supplies came immediately, the printer arrived over two weeks later only after calling the shipping company twice.

After using this for more than a year on several different types of paper, we absolutely love it. The colors continue to be vibrant and everything is clearly marked so there's no trouble changing the rolls.

I do not have the machine yet! I was supposed to receive a call weeks ago to schedule delivery and I've heard from no-one. I've called and I've called and I'm getting the run around. I paid over $3k.......

Awesome plotter at a reasonable price. Print speed is great for my small business needs. Nice to have a modern plotter with readily available cartridges and components versus going with a used one (again)! Delivery was great too.

I don't like that every time you print, the printing heads are dried, this takes a lot of time. I did not like scanning its system to scan and very complex, it does not have a practical system to scan without being given many orders to scan in pdf.

My company bought this printer in order to make poster to advertise our bussiness around town. All of the pictures and posters we haved used it for have been AMAZING!
