Excellent Price and Application
The Infrared forehead thermometer measurement reader was purchased to be used in a classroom environment mounted on a tripod, three times a week and then to measure guests as they entered my front door. The purchase price was reasonable, in additional for the cost of the equipment needed for operation. This was for batteries and a battery charger amounting to approximately $60.
The unit arrived with the temperature set in Celsius and had to be changed to Fahrenheit. This was easily accomplished by removing the three screws on the back cover to allow access to the circuit card, pressure switch and the battery holder. After installing a charged battery and turning the unite on, I inserted a plastic tube into the mode switch hole to change the reading to Fahrenheit and making sure the unit was set for "bod" the object mode.
It was installed on a tripod and used in a classroom for the students entering the room. I am delighted with the results plus it gives the student instant feedback of their temperature. It is turned on briefly for the class and when someone is entering my home. Thus, the battery life should extend by several months before it needs to be replaced. I have use it for over 300 readings and very pleased with the result.
The unit was compared to a temperature recorder at a university for doctors and the results for a sample of 20 students were the same.

Good but not great.
It is easy to use and display is large and bright. Only draw back is temperature reads the same for 2 out of 3 people. All normal temps but the same reading when done three minutes later.

Green Extreme works well
So far it works great. My husband had to have a pre-surgery COVID test. So we used the Green Extreme to get his temp & compared it to what the hospital checked & the results were the same. It is very easy to us.

Have to figure it out.
Giving it a four because it seems to be accurate, however, there is no way to check unless you've got another thermometer (which we do). Also not 5 stars because it took me way too long to figure out how to configure Fahrenheit vs. Celsius. I read reviews and the directions it came with but both steered me wrong. I ended up having to open up the back and double press the settings button (the top right one). NOT hold the button, like I had read elsewhere.

Not pleased
Thermometer reads 97.3 nearly all the time. I checked it on different body surfaces, hard surfaces, etc.. on the forehead, it reads 97.3 90% of the time.

thermometer review
it seems to do exactly what it is supposed to do. Unfortunately, i have no way to check its accuracy, so i'm left having to assume it is accurate. ? like the fact that it can be used without touching the subject. ? would recommend it to a friend, but i would have to tell them about the need to assume accuracy.

Nearly perfect, but….
This digital thermometer appears quite accurate and the handle is very comfortable to hold. My only suggestion is that the “Mode” switch to change from “Body" temperature to “Object” should not be hidden in the battery compartment but made more accessible perhaps on the outside of the device under the display panel. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

Very easy to use and set up Forehead Thermometer
Very easy to use. I was able to put batteries in, switch it on, and use immediately. Took a minute to figure out how to move from degree Celsius to degree Fahrenheit but I got it and it's all good.

Love being able to see the numbers on this no contact thermometer
Finally a thermometer with numbers you can see! Nice to hold if you are ill or have arthritic hands, no contact on person being tested, very accurate. Perfect!

Excellent except for the inconvenient face/object mode switch.
The TH-100 works great. Easy to turn on, scan, and read. However I do have to deduct one star from my rating because in order to switch between human face and ‘object’ scanning modes, it is necessary to open the battery cover and press a switch. This is entirely inconvenient and beyond me to figure out why they would make this switch so inconvenient. Object mode is useful for determining whether food is cooking at the proper temperature or where heat my be leaking around a window. This really should be an easily accessible switch that is clearly labeled and placed where it can’t be accidentally triggered.

Good luck switching to °F
Works reasonably well-instructions are horrible. Must be written by someone with absolutely no common sense. Temperature change is found in battery compartment which is not clearly shown.

Our first touchless theremometer
works as advertised... readout in about a second. No issues reading display. Can't speak of its accuracy since we have nothing to measure against, but whole family of healthy adults read "normal". Only place where I could find a touchless thermometer in stock... fast shipping.
