Excellent Quality Product Assuming It Works Initially

When I received the two arms they were beautifully packed, but unfortunately the right arm would not move or adjust. The left arm worked perfectly as per the adjustment feature and both arms were of high quality in materials and workmanship. Since I was able to attach the functioning left arm to the chair on the right side, I was reasonably happy, and Adorama's wonderful customer service department was able to give me a partial refund on the total price paid, without having the hassle of packing both arms up and the expense of shipping the package back. So I ended up being content for the price I paid for the one well functioning arm.
