Works easy and fast.
At first I was hesitant, but after using I'm pleasantly surprised. The charger is very quick, seems to work much faster than charging the battery in a wall charger.

EH-7P Charging AC adaptor- A great, reasonably priced product.
I am using this with a Nikon Z8 camera. Finally no more removing batteries from the camera to charge them, simply plug this into the camera. Additionally, this can also be used to power the camera for long periods of time. Great for setting up all of the settings with a new camera without having to stop and charge the battery in the middle of the process. This should be included by Nikon with each camera they sell.

This is one part of the battery charger for the z9. To actually charge the battery, you also need the other piece, and it works perfectly.

Required power mate for MH-33 charger
While sold separately from the MH-33 battery charger for which this was apparently designed, this is a perfect and necessary match to properly power the MH-33 battery charger, used for the newer EN-EL18d ("d" as in David) batteries. I alway bring a spare charger set while traveling, after I broke one (different model) overseas in a fall. You can imagine the rest of that trip with my batteries running down to zero and all the scenery passing by! (Remember the MH-33 cannot, repeat, not, be used to charge your old EN-EL18a batteries. The b/c/d ones are OK.)

Nikon EH-7P saved the day but it isn't an AC adapter!
EH-7P in camera battery charger works much better than the provided external charger for Nikon batteries as used in the Z6/7 cameras. It is a true rapid charger and it saved the day, so to speak, on location during a video shoot when I discovered the same charger sold as an AC power adapter for the camera, does not function as an AC power replacement for the battery.
I had my Z6 powered for a few hours during a matinee before the start of an evening performance I was going to film. The Z6 was my B camera with a wide shot of the stage to provide cut-aways for my closeup camera, a Sony 3 chip 4k camcorder. To my dismay, the AC supply did not power the camera and the battery alarm icon turned red, fully discharged. I turned the Z6 off and the almost hidden charge light came on. I raced away to pick up my D-7200 with its battery eliminator attached to a battery handle. But when I returned, I found the Z6 battery had fully recharged itself and was ready to go. During the evening shoot, by intermission the Nikon battery was at 3/4 capacity. The EH-7P had more than enough time to bring it back up to full charge during the 15 minute intermission. So, I have a love/hate relationship for the product. It does not give you unlimited AC power run time, but it will quickly recharge the internal camera battery pack in short order letting you do a long shoot on one battery as long as you turn off the camera periodically to enable battery recharge.
