Not the quality you'd expect from Bogen

After spending the last 2 hours putting this together, I am a little bit dissapointed. It seems like this thing was designed around spare tripod parts. The way it is designed it is impossible to set it up square and true. After adjusting and measuring all the legs and clamp placements, twice, it still wasn't true until I extended one of the legs an extra two inches. With a little extra thought, this thing could have markers or some other feature to help assemble this thing so it is square and level. Does it do what it says, yes, but don't expect it to be level or easy to put together.For [$], I expect a little bit better quality and design thought. Alternatively, I would try to find a table top version of this that I can just put on a cheap folding table.
