Have used different high quality, excellent Clear filters for my Olympus Pro lenses. Including B+W, etc. To my eye, these Olympus filters standout for their brilliant clarity, no distortion and superb construction. An excellent match for the Olympus lenses.

Heretofore, I purchased the excellent B+W Clear filter for use when needed with my Olympus lenses. Then, I decided to try the more expensive Olympus Clear filter on my 17mm f1.2 and 90mm Macro. I am very impressed! Absolutely crystal clear, and resulting images look wonderful — truly as though no filter at all was in front of the lens. To my eye, I prefer it even to the already terrific B+W, and will likely pay the extra amount for it when needed in the future.

Excellent product. I frequently use clear filters on my Olympus lenses during inclement weather. Use this one on the 17mm PRO. On other PRO lenses use the top B+W Clear. Both brands are very good. The Olympus is more expensive, but I finally decided to try it. It has absolutely no negative impact on images taken when using it. They are extremely clean, crisp and clear. To my eye, I have a slight preference for this filter over the B+W.

This filter is well made and provides good protection for my TG-5. As a bonus the filter will also fit on the Telephoto adapter lens (1.7x) sold by Olympus. BTW, I also got the wide angle adapter and it will not take any filter.

The Olympus mm protective clear glass filter is a quality product. I would have given it 5-Stars, except that when I got it, I found a partial finger print near the center of the lens that has damaged the coating on it. It will not come off! You can only see it in certain light. I have not contacted Adorama about it and probably won't. Not sure if it affects the image taken by the camera or not, but it certainly doesn't help.

OEM filters arrived in excellent condition, original packaging, within three days of the order, as Adorama projected. I'm very satisfied with Adorama and will likely order from them again.
