About GoPro HERO13 Black Camera
HERO13 Black is the camera that reminds creators of GoPro cameras' outstanding durability and versatility. Featuring best-in-class 5.3K60 video, it can record any outdoor adventure and function as a video call or streaming camera at home. HERO13 Black is compatible with new HB-Series Lenses and comes with a more powerful Enduro battery and an updated mounting system. The camera is waterproof and operates at temperatures between -10°C and 35°C. Therefore, the camera is much more flexible than previous GoPro models and can record for extended periods of time in all weather conditions.
The GoPro HERO13 Black is not just a great video camera; it captures 27MP still photos in RAW and JPG Format. Photos can be captured in 8:7, 9:16, 16:9 (vertical), as well as 4:3 ratio to fit any project.
Outstanding 5.3K video resolution with pro-level HDR
Your adventures deserve stunning 5.3K60 HDR. The video resolution is so good that you can grab high-quality 24.7MP photos from your video frames. Record videos in Hybrid Log Gamma (HLG) for pro-level HDR at 5.3K or 4K resolution and enjoy footage rich in color and detail.
Versatile HB-Series Lenses options
The compatible HB-Series Lenses are the next step towards bringing your creativity to life. The macro lens lets you go 4x closer than the HERO13 Black can go on its own, while the ultra-wide lens provides 36% wider and 48% taller shots. An anamorphic lens for cinematic looks and ND filters for smooth motion blur complete the HB-Series Lenses.
New Enduro battery for longer recordings
The larger, more efficient, more powerful Enduro battery gives you up to 2.5 hours of continuous recording. It’s a 1900 mAh battery specifically re-engineered for the HERO13 Black (it isn’t compatible with older models). In addition, the magnetic door and power cable allow you to connect the camera to a USB-C power source and benefit from continuous power for as long as your recording, video call, or broadcast lasts.
Super smooth slow motion modes
To relive any moment in detail or create dramatic, cinematic shots, slow down the action and shoot in one of the available slow-motion modes. HERO13 Black is the first GoPro camera to offer Burst Slo-Mo, slowing the action down by up to 13x and giving you 400fps at 720p or 360fps at 900p for 15 seconds.
The camera also features Slo-Mo mode, offering 8x slow down at 2.7K, 4x at 4K, and 2x at 5.3K.
State-of-the-art HyperSmooth 6.0 stabilization
GoPro's Emmy® award-winning in-camera video stabilization, HyperSmooth 6.0, keeps your video steady regardless of the adrenaline levels. Whether you shoot wide, vertical, or full-frame, the image remains undisturbed. In combination with the Horizon Lock option, the camera delivers straight, smooth, professional-looking footage even when it rotates 360 degrees or goes upside down.
Rugged and waterproof body
GoPro cameras are built to handle it all. The HERO13 Black is waterproof down to 33 ft (10 m) without casing and can take anything you throw at it, such as mud, snow, or rough handling. The lens cover repels water and reduces flare. It is also replaceable so that you can enjoy your camera for a long time.
Flexible mounting options
You can mount the camera in more ways than before. Three mounting options are available: a magnetic latch mount that lets you quickly attach the camera to a body mount or handheld grip, built-in folding fingers that go with any GoPro accessory, and the standard 1/4-20 threads for tripods and other accessories. Once you have the camera in place, enjoy easy hands-free controls using voice commands.
Stunning still images and realistic colors
The HERO13 Black can take beautiful 27MP photographs, and you can pull 24.7MP stills from video footage. With a wide aperture (f/2.5), large sensor, RAW support, 10-bit color depth, and three photo modes (Standard, Burst, and Night), this little camera satisfies the photographer within any creator.
Easy post-processing with the Quik app
The Quik app takes over the admin part. It can overlay telemetry data, sync footage from multiple HERO13 Black cameras, apply filters and transitions, and send highlighted videos to your phone automatically. It’s compatible with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut, so that your post-processing flow can run smoothly towards more advanced productions.
GoPro has also improved the transfer speed by over 40% for wireless transfer. The wired transfers via a USB-C cable are lightning-fast; no need for improvements here.
Bundle extras
The extended power bundle includes three Enduro batteries, a Dual Battery Charger, a 64GB microSD card, a protective case, and a few other accessories. With up to 2.5 hours of recording per Enduro battery, you can keep filming without worry in any weather conditions.
