They I picked up 2 of them, because they were on sale and very reasonably priced. I was a bit surprised by how light they are, they weren't as substantial as they appearend in the add, but they came sans batteries and they don't "Only" use standard double A batteries. And Adorama provided zero information an the purchase of these exotic lithium ion rechargeable batteries.
They also have other options for powering them up. It's a learning experience

bright when it works
It's fine, but I'd rather spend more money on a lumecube panel pro and not have to deal with a ton of AA batteries or NP-F batteries. that said, if the batteries aren't acting up, wow this thing is bright.

Impressed
I bought two of these on Black Friday and have been very impressed with their output and features. The have easy to use color temperature and brightness adjustments, use easy to obtain AA batteries, and attach to your camera or a tripod easily with the included adjustable mount. If you shoot photos below 1/40, it even doubles as a great photo light or flash alternative.

Not bad, not perfect
Not a bad little light, pretty cheaply made but its a nice accent light in a pinch.

Abysmal battery life
Light is very bright, however it takes a lot of batteries and the battery life is abysmal at best. After the third day of using it, the batteries inside exploded. Not sure if it was the batteries or the light, but either way I'm glad I got it in a kit for cheaper.

Very nice light
Very nice light. Quite versatile. Battery lasts a long time, but can also be used with plug in AC adapter.
Even light, very adjustable for intensity and color temperature. Light weight. As advertized. Instructions are amusing.

Battery drain
The first unit would drain the batteries within 48 hr with the unit off. The unit was replaced quickly. The new unit has drained the batteries down to the second battery strength light but it has taken 2 weeks to do so. The unit has been on less than 2 minuets during this time.
The light is very bright and easily adjusted. The color temp is also easily adjusted.

Great price
For the price this is a five-star light. I got two of them with a pair of batteries off of eBay. They're so bright I have to turn them down to like a quarter power when I'm using them for lighting my face for cell phone videos. I did have to add some diffusion since the included one is clear.

Started Smoking
Used it twice for a stream, batteries started to die so I changed them out and the light got extremely hot and started smoking. The light was great until that happened.

I would definitely recommend this product for those who want to shoot with a continuous light on their cameras at night. I love the fact that you can change the temperature of the light from cold to warm.

It's lit!
This is a great portrait light. It is not diffuse enough to do more than one person at a time with it at the same distance as the camera though.

Works good after you figure it out.
It works fine it would have been nice if there would have been some instructions included that told how to insert the batteries. I know there's a diagram on the battery box but it took me a while to see it. After I figured out that they don't all go the same way it works great.

Powerful light that guzzles batteries - BYO power adapter
Surprisingly powerful little light. It has the mounting points you'd expect and is easy to use with separate dials for intensity and color temperature. It can run on 6AA batteries but they will only last about 2-3 hours. It can also run using a power adapter but there isn't one included in the box. Fortunately I found one sitting around that worked.

Compact, but packs a punch!
Powerful little light, great for getting detail shots when using my Macro lens. Highly recommend. Great addition to have as an extra for any pro photographer and good start for any beginner.
