Everything I need

I've printed about 250 sheets so far: both black and color, and have been very satisfied with the print speed, print quality, noise level, stingy ink usage, ease of filling ink tanks, and the ability to print from iPhone and Android. Connected directly via USB to Mac mini. Easy setup. No paper misfeeds yet. No discernible drop in ink levels yet.

never seems to compete a decent print

For me, worst printer ever; never seems to compete a decent print, always need deep cleaning, software update almost every time I turn on the machine, seldom is online when needed, and on top of that INK refill nags even when full. Frustration and delays far out way any benefits. Sorry Shack, this one is about as bad as your free throws. It's going into the trash after a year of very little use!!!

It sucks!!!!

The only good thing about this printer is it prints good quality photos...if you can get it to print. It is always having an error that doesn't exist. The WiFi turns off every time you turn it off. It doesn't retain your ink levels so you're constantly getting prompted to reset. I got this for a gift and it was good for a while. It had its own agenda. You want to print a photo. You have to jump through so many setting hoops it's ridiculous. You definitely cannot tell it what to do. It is an impossible printer. I've hated it since I took it out of the box. I just didn't want to hurt someone's feelings but now that it is less than 2 years old, it won't print anything. It just keeps sending the paper through and after three phone calls to tech support, they waged their hands of it and said it's out of warranty so I need to have a repair person look at it...which is 40 miles away...and how much...who knows...they can't tell you that without looking so...spend more money or buy another printer.

Not connecting to wifi.

The printer no longer is working because it can't connect to wifi. Other than that it's a nice printer. Just wish I could still use it. Everything else has no problem connecting. Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem.

Malfunctions constantly

It's so cheap because it starts malfunctioning after a few months, I've had my et-2850 for almost a year at first, I loved it but after a few months it started malfunctioning. every time I want to use my printer, I have to reset the network settings or delete the printer from whatever device and reinstall. I print a lot and with it malfunctioning it wastes more paper than it prints out. I contacted support and they keep suggesting I do cleanings and resetting things I've already done and when I tell them I have already done that they say well just do it one more time then call back. the reason they offer warranty extensions is so they can run out your current warranty so they can be like sorry you have to extend before we can replace it when they should replace a malfunctioning printer from the start instead of giving people the run around!

Printer head failures

Renew products work well so far Major problem with most Epson ET printers is the printer head wears out quickly. In spite of many efforts to nozzle and head cleaning or power clean or even more cleaning the printer head fails I own 6 of these

Stay away from this company.

I purchased the 2803 model Jan. 2, 2025 and it stopped working March 11. I spent an hour on the phone troubleshooting without success. March 21, I spent another 2 hours on the phone with the company, trying to get them to refund me. They state that they will replace but the rep. tried to get my credit card number in case the printer I sent back to them was determined by them to have been misused. I supplied plenty of pictures to them. buyer beware of this company, with such poor customer service.

Really bad printer!!! I have had this printer not even 6-months. only printed 266 pages most of which were printed trying to fix the poor quality of printing. many times black wont print or everything is uneven. this printer is a disaster
